Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with Consumer leadership, owning OpEx planning, forecasting, and monthly financial deliverables. You will build driver-based models, perform variance analyses, and drive resource decisions.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to translate financial insights into actionable actions during business reviews, surfacing trends and opportunities while ensuring data integrity and responsible use of AI tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance with OpEx ownership.
• Experience managing large operating budgets and forecasts.
• Ability to build driver-based models and run scenario analyses in Excel; SQL proficiency.
• Experience partnering Product, Engineering, or Design to align plans.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end forecasting, budgeting, and monthly financial deliverables for Consumer OpEx.
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models and scenarios.
• Lead monthly variance analysis and month-end close with Accounting.
• Partner with Consumer Product, Engineering, Design to translate insights into actions.
• Lead financial analyses during business reviews with clear recommendations.
• Execute deep-dive analyses to surface trends and efficiency opportunities.
