Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst on the FP&A team to own the analysis and planning that guides resource allocation for one of Coinbase's largest business lines.

You’ll partner with Consumer leadership to drive efficiency and strategic trade-offs across budgets and forecasts. In this role, you’ll build driver-based models, perform variance analysis, and present findings during business reviews, shaping how Consumer scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A, strategic, or corporate finance with OpEx ownership.
• Experience managing large OpEx budgets and forecasts.
• Proven ability to build driver-based models and scenario analyses.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end forecasting, budgeting, and monthly deliverables for Consumer OpEx.
• Build driver-based financial models to quantify risks and opportunities.
• Lead monthly variance analysis and month-end close with Accounting.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design to align plans with priorities.
• Present analyses in business reviews with clear strategic recommendations.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to surface trends and efficiency opportunities.
