Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst on the FP&A team to own forecasting, budgeting, and OpEx planning for Consumer. You will build driver-based models, run variance analyses, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to guide resource allocation.

This role focuses on delivering clear, strategic financial guidance across one of Coinbase's largest business lines. You will collaborate across multiple streams, manage scenarios, and present to leadership during business reviews,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance with OpEx ownership.
• Experience managing large expense budgets and forecasts.
• Expertise building driver-based financial models and scenario analyses.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end forecasting, budgeting, and monthly deliverables for Consumer OpEx.
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models for risks and opportunities.
• Drive monthly variance analysis and month-end close with Accounting for data integrity.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design to translate insights into resource allocation.
• Lead financial analyses during business reviews and present strategic recommendations.
• Perform proactive deep-dive analyses to surface trends and efficiency opportunities.
