Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture or deeply technical fintech roles.
• Led complex architecture-driven engagements end-to-end in fintech/payments.
• Strong hands-on fintech platforms knowledge including mobile money and API ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical presales process from discovery to executive presentation.
• Lead as the technical authority in customer engagements for fintech environments.
• Architect tailored, scalable solutions across mobile money, wallets, payments, and APIs.
• Design integration architectures addressing security, compliance, scalability and interoperability.
• Create solution narratives linking deep tech capability to business value.
• Produce high-quality technical proposals, blueprints, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Handover to delivery with cross-functional collaboration to ensure buildable solutions.
• Stay ahead of US fintech trends and regulatory shifts to inform strategy.
• Build reusable assets and documentation to raise team capability.
• Mentor peers and grow presales architectural depth.
