Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Senior Presales Solution Architect to join our US-based, remote team. You will own end-to-end technical presales, designing scalable fintech solutions, leading architecture discussions, and delivering compelling demonstrations and proposals.

You will collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams, travel as needed, and shape solutions for mobile money, digital wallets, and payments ecosystems across the US market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture, software engineering, or other deeply technical roles within US fintech or financial services technology organizations.
• Led complex, architecture-driven engagements in fintech or payments, with end-to-end ownership of design decisions.
• Hands-on understanding of fintech platforms including mobile money, digital wallets, API design & management, microservices, and cloud-based architectures.
• Strong knowledge of security, transaction processing, data integration, scalability, and resilience in payments environments.
• Ability to translate deep technical capability into business value for engineering teams and C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical presales process from discovery to executive presentations.
• Act as lead technical authority in customer engagements for architectural fit and strategic value.
• Architect tailored solutions spanning mobile money, digital wallets, and APIs while balancing deployment constraints.
• Design integration architectures addressing security, compliance, and interoperability in US financial services.
• Craft compelling narratives linking technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes for both technical and executive audiences.
• Produce high-quality technical proposals, blueprints, and RFP/RFI responses that differentiate us.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure seamless handovers and scalable solutions.
• Stay ahead of US fintech trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscape, feeding insights to strategy.
• Build reusable assets like reference architectures, demo environments, and integration patterns.
• Mentor colleagues to deepen presales and partner-led engagements.
