Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Senior Presales Solution Architect for the US. You will lead end-to-end technical presales, design scalable fintech solutions, and articulate value to executives. The role requires deep API, wallet, and payments expertise, with travel as needed.

You will partner with sales, product, and implementation teams to ensure solutions are architecturally sound and deliverable, within a remote US-based setup.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture or deeply technical fintech roles within the US.
• Proven track record leading architecture-driven fintech engagements.
• Hands-on understanding of fintech platforms: mobile money, digital payments, wallets, APIs, microservices.
• Strong knowledge of security, data integration, scalability and resilience.
• Ability to translate technical depth into business value for executives.
• Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and RFP response skills.
• Customer-first mindset with credibility with technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to operate independently in a US-based role and coordinate with global teams.
• Established US fintech network is a strong advantage.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical presales process from discovery to executive presentations.
• Act as the lead technical authority in customer engagements for fintech environments.
• Architect tailored, scalable solutions spanning mobile money, wallets, payments, and API ecosystems.
• Design integration architectures addressing security, compliance, scalability, and interoperability.
• Build solution narratives linking deep technical capability to business value for engineers and executives.
• Produce high-quality proposals, blueprints, and RFP/RFI responses that differentiate us.
• Ensure smooth handovers to delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Stay ahead of US fintech trends and regulatory shifts to inform strategy.
• Create reusable technical assets and reference architectures; mentor colleagues.
