Sinch is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Services to drive the regional NA strategy, align commercial, product, and operations, and enable growth with banks, fintechs, insurers, and other financial institutions. You will lead go-to-market, translate complex concepts for Sales teams, analyze customer portfolios, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to sharpen value propositions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology/fintech, with leadership of teams or strategic programs.
• Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem and financial services landscape.
• Proven ability to partner with commercial teams and drive go-to-market initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Drive NA regional strategy for Financial Services and grow the portefeuille of banks, fintechs, and insurers.
• Shape GTM strategy and translate complex concepts into actionable guidance for Sales and Account Management teams.
