Job summary

Sinch is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Services to drive regional strategy in North America, aligning commercial, product, and operations to accelerate growth. The role requires leading cross-functional teams and shaping offerings for banks, fintechs, insurers, and other financial institutions.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, and Product to bring solutions to market, manage relationships with strategic customers, and travel internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in technology, ideally fintech, with leadership experience.
• Strong credibility with senior executives and strategic customers.
• Deep understanding of payments ecosystem and financial services landscape.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and adoption of Sinch services in North America within your vertical.
• Shape go-to-market strategy and translate complex concepts for Sales teams.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to articulate outcomes and differentiation.
• Scale enablement strategies for commercial teams and act as the voice of the customer.
• Represent Sinch externally as a thought leader and engage with customers and partners.
