Sinch seeks a Senior Manager of Financial Services to lead the regional strategy for North America. You will orchestrate collaboration among Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Operations, and Product to win new business and grow existing customers within the financial institutions sector.

You will shape go-to-market plans, translate complex concepts into actionable guidance for global teams, and drive scalable initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in technology with leadership experience.
• Experience navigating global, multicultural organizations in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of payments ecosystem and financial services landscape.
• Ability to shape strategy and translate vision into execution with measurable outcomes.
• Willingness to travel internationally and collaborate across regions.

Responsabilités

• Drive growth, adoption, and success of Sinch's services across North America within the Financial Services vertical.
• Shape go-to-market strategy and positioning for critical solution areas across Sales and Account Management teams.
• Analyze the customer portfolio to identify expansion opportunities across industries, markets, products, and geographies.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to develop compelling value propositions and differentiate Sinch in the market.
• Define and scale enablement strategies to empower commercial teams with tools and insights.
• Be the voice of the customer by gathering insights and partnering with Product to inform future innovation.
• Represent Sinch externally as a trusted industry expert through meetings, events, and speaking engagements.
