Sinch is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Services to lead regional commercial strategy in North America. The role partners with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Operations, and Product to drive new business, grow existing customers, and bring Sinch’s offerings to market.

You will work across global and regional leaders, shaping strategy and executing initiatives that accelerate revenue growth while maintaining customer focus and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires 8+ years in technology, ideally fintech, with leadership experience across programs or initiatives.
• Strong understanding of payments ecosystem, financial services landscape, and emerging fintech trends.
• Ability to translate strategy into execution and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Comfortable partnering with commercial, product, and operations teams across regions.

Responsibilities

• Drive North America growth, adoption, and success of Sinch services within the financial services vertical.
• Shape go-to-market strategy and positioning for critical solution areas for Sales and Account Management teams.
• Analyze customer portfolio to identify expansion opportunities across industries, markets, products, and geographies.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to craft compelling value propositions and differentiate Sinch in the market.
• Define enablement strategies to empower commercial teams with tools and insights.
