Job summary

Sinch is hiring a Sr. Solution Engineer to lead a team of Solutions Engineers serving top strategic accounts.

You will gather customer requirements, design portfolio-led solutions, and drive adoption of Sinch products and APIs. You will collaborate with Account Teams, Product Management, and Development to ensure scalable, high-performing outcomes while guiding customers through complex technical engagements.

Qualifications

• Excellent ability to manage client-facing and internal dialogs.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and AI models (LLMs, NLP).
• Ability to lead and coach Solution Engineers to deliver complex, portfolio-led solutions.
• Comfort reviewing designs and translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead needs assessments and gather customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Account Teams to provide technical and product expertise.
• Act as trusted advisor and drive business development within accounts.
• Coordinate with PMs, Product Managers, and Dev teams to prioritize requirements.
• Ensure client relationships through innovation and delivery excellence.
• Guide and review Solution Engineers' designs and documentation.
