Sinch is looking for a Senior Manager of Financial Services to lead growth and strategy in North America. This role focuses on driving the alignment between commercial and operational teams to enhance customer experiences in the financial sector.

Ideal candidates should have at least 8 years of tech experience with a significant background in financial technology. Strong leadership and relationship-building skills are essential, along with a strategic mindset.

This is primarily a remote position, but candidates should be near one of the collaborative hub locations, including Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; San Antonio, TX; Denver, CO; Seattle, WA; or New York, NY.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the technology sector, ideally financial technology.
• Experience in a global, multi-cultural, and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to develop credibility with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth and adoption of Sinch’s services within North America.
• Develop segmentation of customer portfolio and identify opportunities.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to build value propositions.
