Sinch is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Services to lead regional strategy in North America, aligning Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Operations, and Product to grow our financial services offering. This individual contributor role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, market strategy, and customer outcomes across banks, fintechs, insurers, and other financial institutions.

The role requires deep payments knowledge, global collaboration, and willingness to travel.

Formación

• Minimum of 8 years within the technology sector, ideally fintech, including leadership of teams, initiatives, or strategic programs.
• Strong ability to navigate global, multicultural organizations and operate in fast-paced, commercially focused environments.
• Credible with senior executives and capable of building trusted relationships with strategic customers and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Drive growth, adoption, and success of Sinch's services in North America within the focus vertical.
• Shape go-to-market strategy and translate concepts for Sales and Account Management teams worldwide.
• Analyze customer portfolio to identify expansion opportunities across industries, markets, and geographies.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to develop compelling value propositions and strengthen competitive differentiation.
• Define and scale enablement strategies for commercial teams and empower them with knowledge and tools.
• Represent Sinch as a trusted industry expert at meetings, events, and speaking opportunities.
