Job summary

Axon is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to own the national permitting strategy for ALPR deployments across the United States.

You will guide cross-functional teams through complex regulatory processes, coordinating with AHJs and internal stakeholders to streamline approvals and ensure compliant, scalable field operations. You will drive end-to-end permitting workflows, identify barriers, and design scalable processes for high-volume rollouts, partnering with legal, compliance, and engineering to

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing infrastructure, utility, or construction permitting in enterprise or public-sector environments.
• Experience with NEC, NFPA, zoning, environmental regulations.
• Track record of influencing internal stakeholders and external regulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead national permitting strategy and reduce risk across multi-jurisdictional deployments.
• Own end-to-end permitting workflows across states and municipalities.
• Engage with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) and ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and legal teams to de-risk field operations.
