Axon Enterprise is seeking a skilled professional to install and support our Vehicle Intelligence and ALPR technologies. The role involves conducting training, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various teams while travelling extensively across the United States.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in public safety technology, hands-on experience with ALPR systems, and strong communication skills. The position offers competitive salary and various benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience deploying technology solutions in public safety.
• 3+ years of experience with Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR) systems.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure Axon's Vehicle Intelligence technologies.
• Conduct customer onboarding and technical training for users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.

Skills

Experience deploying technology solutions in public safety

Hands-on experience with ALPR systems

Strong troubleshooting skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to travel extensively

Ability to lift equipment up to 75 pounds

Education

5+ years experience in public safety technology
