SullivanCotter is seeking a seasoned compensation consultant to lead and deliver advisory services on executive compensation strategies for health care and not-for-profit clients. The role focuses on complex project oversight, client communication, and ensuring high-quality, data-driven solutions.

The position requires strong analytical, leadership and presentation abilities with experience in governance, compensation design and market benchmarking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 7-10 years of progressively responsible consulting experience with data analysis, financial modeling, program design and compensation administration.
• Solid Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, writing and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage small engagements and portions of large/complex projects within budgets and timelines.
• Oversee productivity and resource utilization of analysts and consultants.
• Prepare work plans, presentations and reports addressing client needs.
• Review junior associates' deliverables for accuracy and quality.
• Act as a key client liaison and anticipate client needs.
