Engine is seeking an Executive Assistant to empower senior leaders in achieving strategic objectives. You will provide proactive executive support, manage complex calendars, and coordinate cross-team communication across multiple time zones.

The role offers remote work with travel up to 25% for executive offsites and leadership meetings. As part of a five-person EA team, you will collaborate closely with the ELT, ensuring operational consistency and clear decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Direct-level support to executive leadership, managing calendars and priorities across time zones.
• Partner with leadership during Senior Leadership Team meetings and drive key initiatives.
• Serve as a connector across departments to enable cross-functional alignment.
• Coordinate travel, prepare agendas, and plan leadership offsites and team events.
• Collaborate with a tight-knit EA team to ensure consistent coverage.
• Reference internal docs and team insights to resolve issues before escalation.
