• We are expanding our Senior Leadership Team and looking for a proactive, highly adaptable Executive Assistant.
• Your primary mission is to empower senior leaders to achieve strategic goals and OKRs.

What You\'ll Do:

• Provide direct-level support to executive leadership, managing calendars and complex logistics across time zones.
• Partner with leadership during meetings and coordinate travel, agendas, and team events.
• Work closely with our 5-person EA team to maintain operational consistency.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
• Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and skilled in Google Workspace and Slack.
• Able to travel up to 25% for executive offsites and events.

Compensation:

• Base pay range $88,400 - $122,300 USD with equity for all roles.
• Some roles may include annual bonus.
