Job summary
La Ladder s is seeking a Senior Manager - Estimating & Pricing to lead a finance team in a remote role within the Aerospace & Defense sector. You will develop pricing strategies, cost models, and ensure compliant proposals aligned with FAR/DFARS regulations.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in proposal development, finance, and audits, with the ability to coordinate across functions throughout the proposal lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 7+ years.
- Experience in proposal development, finance, or accounting.
- Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, and TINA.
- Experience supporting DCAA and DCMA audits.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of finance professionals.
- Develop pricing strategies and complex cost models for proposals.
- Oversee proposal and estimating activities to meet deadlines and quality.
- Review proposals for compliance with regulations.
- Ensure adherence to FAR/DFARS and estimating policies.
- Support capture and proposal development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
