Ladders is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager for a fully remote role supporting a leader in the Business Services space. You will drive complex construction programs from pre-bid through completion, balancing cost control with compliance and regional alignment, while guiding cross-functional teams and clients.

The role requires hands-on leadership, sharp business judgment, and the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of construction experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing Project Managers or Superintendents
• Deep understanding of project management principles
• Proven track record in preconstruction activities
• Experience with complex, concurrent projects across jurisdictions
• Strong business acumen for operational decisions
• Technical proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications

Responsabilités

• Own and manage project P&L performance
• Lead, coach, and manage performance of project teams
• Oversee multiple projects ensuring alignment to regional goals
• Serve as the decision authority for complex project issues
• Participate in pre-bid processes and client discussions
• Manage site readiness and compliance for projects
• Provide strategic project guidance and optimize cost control
