Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee proposal and estimating activities within the RCP portfolio. You will mentor an eight‑person team, shape pricing, build cost models, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and contract requirements while collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Formación

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.
• Experience in proposal development, finance, or accounting
• Experience with government regulations related to developing and negotiating cost proposals (FAR, DFARS, CAS, TINA) and supporting DCAA/DCMA audits

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals focused on proposal efforts from large sole-source to competitive bids.
• Develop pricing strategies, complex cost models, and business case analyses to support compliant proposals.
• Manage a broad portfolio of proposal and estimating activities ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Oversee independent reviews of proposal packages and Basis of Estimate (BOE) documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to FAR/DFARS regulations, RFP requirements, and Estimating System policies and controls.
• Support capture and proposal development activities including gate reviews and transitions to cost volume teams.
