Job summary

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems in the United States is seeking a Senior Proposal Analyst to develop pricing strategies and manage cost and schedule analysis for government proposals. You will coordinate with functional departments, produce financial models, and participate in negotiations with customers and auditors.

Role requires deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS, strong communication, and the ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team through the bid process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years with a related Masters degree.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS, TINA, and government policies.
• Strong financial and business acumen; ability to model cost, cash flow, NPV and IRR.

Responsibilities

• Develops, plans & schedules proposals in accordance with estimating policy and FAR/DFARS requirements.
• Leads cost, schedule and technical elements for development proposals in response to RFPs.
• Performs financial modeling and analyses, including rate studies and cash flow.
• Supports negotiations and interacts with DCAA/other audit agencies.
