Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 8 years of procurement management experience or 5 years with an advanced degree.
• Proven experience in supplier management and performance oversight.
• Familiarity with CPFF, FFP contracts and FAR/DFAR regulations.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement efforts for multiple programs and manage supplier relationships.
• Oversee supplier performance and implement recovery strategies as needed.
• Resolve procurement conflicts in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and manage RFQs/RFPs.
• Conduct price and cost analyses and negotiate contractual terms.
• Administer high-value procurements, including purchase orders and subcontracts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address sourcing challenges.
