La Ladder s is seeking a Senior Manager - Estimating & Pricing to lead a finance team in a remote role within the Aerospace & Defense sector. You will develop pricing strategies, cost models, and ensure compliant proposals aligned with FAR/DFARS regulations.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in proposal development, finance, and audits, with the ability to coordinate across functions throughout the proposal lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Experience in proposal development, finance, or accounting.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, and TINA.
• Experience supporting DCAA and DCMA audits.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager - Estimating & Pricing to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $132,400-251,600 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of finance professionals
• Develop pricing strategies and complex cost models for proposals
• Manage proposal and estimating activities to meet quality and deadlines
• Conduct independent reviews of proposal packages for compliance
• Ensure adherence to FAR/DFARS regulations and estimating policies
• Support capture and proposal development activities
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the proposal lifecycle

Qualifications

• University degree with 10 years of experience, or an advanced degree with 7 years of experience
• Experience in proposal development, finance, or accounting
• Knowledge of government regulations for cost proposals, including FAR, DFARS, CAS, and TINA
• Experience supporting DCAA and DCMA audits
