The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Law/HR or related field, 10+ years in employment law or risk management, with preferred Master’s or J.D. qualifications. Proficiency in MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years Employment law, risk management or insurance relating to employment practices.
• Master's Degree and/or J.D. preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and resolve EPL coverage issues and claims.
• Investigate claims through various communications and interviews.
• Negotiate and disposition claims with defense counsel within authority.
• Present claims trends to leadership and report significant exposures.
• Coordinate referrals and updates with reinsurers and management.
• Attend trials or related proceedings when required.
