Qualifications

• 10 or more years of employment law, risk management or insurance experience related to employment practices.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and resolve coverage issues for Employment Practices claims.
• Investigate claims through various means of communication.
• Present claims and trends to Claims and Legal Leadership.
• Analyze information to evaluate claims exposure.
• Negotiate and resolve claims in collaboration with defense counsel.
• Provide reports to leadership and legal on significant exposure cases.
• Attend trial portions when warranted.
• Ensure timely updates to appropriate Reinsurers.
