Airship, trusted by leading brands, is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to guide enterprise clients through advanced integrations and architectural best practices. You’ll build relationships with diverse stakeholders while mentoring peers and coordinating with Product and Engineering to align on client needs.

The role is fully remote with up to 10% travel, offering stock options, comprehensive benefits, and a flexible, digital-first work environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical, client-facing experience with enterprise accounts.
• Advanced ability to read and write code in Python, Java, Swift or similar OO language.
• Strong knowledge of APIs and complex system integrations.
• Familiarity with Linux and/or Mac OS X command line.
• Comfort working with iOS and Android development tools.
• Experience in digital marketing solutions (SaaS) and related ecosystems.
• Track record mentoring and supporting team members.
• Proven ability to build relationships with marketers, architects, and executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for a portfolio of strategic, high-value enterprise clients.
• Own and manage critical customer escalations with clear stakeholder communication.
• Drive strategic technical account planning and lead business reviews.
• Provide guidance on complex product integrations and system optimization.
• Liaise between clients and Product/Engineering teams to advocate for features.
• Mentor and coach other Technical Account Managers.
