Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an Enterprise Account Technical Lead to partner with the Enterprise Account Executive in shaping the technical strategy for key accounts. You will align customer environments with Autodesk solutions, manage technical discovery, and guide pilots and deployments to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

This full-time, remote role reports to the Senior Manager of Technical Solutions, Enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in manufacturing, architecture, engineering, construction or related field.
• 5-10 years of practical experience in the Construction industry with knowledge in Architecture or Engineering.
• Experience in preconstruction, construction management and asset management.
• Experience deploying new technology to inspire innovation and efficiency.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Construction and AECO Solutions.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.]

Responsibilities

• In partnership with Enterprise Account Executives, develop technical account plans and execute strategy for closing business using Autodesk methodologies.
• Develop knowledge of customers’ business processes and technical needs to build trusted advisor relationships.
• Manage technical discovery, define requirements, and create scope documents for sales opportunities.
• Align with customer teams to secure business and technical closure; evaluate and demonstrate solutions.
• Coordinate with sales, customer success, consulting, development, and technical sales to assemble the right team for opportunities.
• Share best practices and product information across Autodesk and partner organizations.
