Job summary

Accelecom is seeking a Sr Enterprise Account Director to lead strategic sales efforts in Enterprise markets. The role focuses on understanding client business, crafting custom telecom/data center solutions, and closing complex deals.

You will manage top accounts, drive account plans, and collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams. The candidate will operate in a remote-friendly environment with travel for client meetings and a strong emphasis on delivering superior customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years sales experience in Telecom/Data Center or Enterprise IT environments.
• Hunter mindset with proven quota attainment and closing skills.
• Strong analytical and technical skills with ability to craft tailored solutions.
