Job summary

Axon is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for the Enterprise team, focusing on large organizations to reimagine technology for safety and efficiency. This remote role (west coast based) requires 50% travel and reports to the Sr. Director, Engineering- Enterprise.

In this high-velocity position, you’ll lead technical wins, shape product direction, and collaborate across Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive customer success and market impact.

• Excellent ability to translate customer challenges into scalable, outcome-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own securing technical wins and influence purchasing decisions by architecting solutions.
• Build deep relationships with executive and technical stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Identify and architect high-value, industry-leading solutions for emerging customer needs.
• Deliver data-driven customer feedback to influence product roadmap prioritization.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Share best practices and continuously sharpen technical craft within the team.
