Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Lead Enterprise Software Solution Consultant to provide technical sales support across full software and analytics offerings. You will lead demonstrations, respond to RFPs, and work with product teams to drive features based on customer feedback.

The role can be remote or hybrid from Rockwell offices, with travel up to 40% and a finance/accounting background preferred for strong domain insight. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (sponsorship not offered).
• Ability to travel 40% of the time.
• 8+ years in a pre-sales or related role with B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• CPA or 5+ years in finance/accounting within a Solution Consulting environment.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or maintenance/reliability sectors.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executive Sales team with an engaged customer base.
• Provide feedback from users to product org for enhancements.
• Identify client needs during discovery and support sessions.
• Deliver product demonstrations to growing customers.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and tender documents.
• Collaborate with product teams to influence feature development.
