Job summary

Rocket Software is seeking a Senior Account Executive for the Vertica platform to drive revenue in the United States on a remote basis. You will own territory strategy, manage multi-stakeholder deals, and engage C-suite leaders to position Vertica for data modernization and AI-driven initiatives.

The role requires 5–8+ years in enterprise software sales, a track record of closing complex opportunities, and strong experience with analytics/data platforms.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in enterprise software sales with quota attainment.
• Experience selling to large enterprises and Global 1000.
• Ability to lead multi-stakeholder deals and complex cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver revenue targets for the assigned territory.
• Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from shaping to close.
• Build relationships with C-suite and senior data leaders.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales Engineers on evaluations and PoCs.
• Forecasting discipline and accurate Salesforce pipeline management.
