Job summary

Tinuiti is seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Director to drive new business growth and lead high-performing sales teams in a fully remote role across the U.S. You’ll set sales strategy, build pipeline, and ensure disciplined execution from prospecting to onboarding.

Expertise in performance marketing, commerce media, and digital transformation is essential. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in sales, strong B2B experience, and a proven ability to forecast and close complex deals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales and/or account management experience.
• Strong experience in retail media and/or eCommerce environments.
• Proven success managing complex B2B sales cycles.
• Strategic and analytical thinking with ability to interpret market dynamics.
• Fluent in retail media KPIs and measurement frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own a revenue target and consistently win new business.
• Lead the full sales cycle from discovery through closing and onboarding.
• Build persuasive, insight-driven business cases for client objectives.
• Generate a minimum of 20% of your pipeline via proactive prospecting.
• Maintain rigorous Salesforce hygiene for forecasting and decision-making.
