We are seeking a high-energy Technical Senior Sales Consultant to engage technically experienced prospects, map the curriculum to roles and salaries, and close complex, high-ticket deals.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of sales experience in complex, consultative or high-ticket environments.
• Some technical background or working knowledge of tech topics is strongly preferred.
• History of consistently hitting sales and activity quotas.
• Strong discovery skills to diagnose goals and gaps before pitching.
• Comfortable closing high-ticket deals and handling price objections.
• Ability to build credibility with technically experienced prospects.
• Proven business acumen; HubSpot experience is a plus.
• Fluent English (C1 or above).
• Passionate about helping experienced professionals advance their careers.
• Team player who prioritizes the mission over personal ego.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a full cycle sales consultant, engaging technically experienced prospects and guiding them to a decision.
• Hold credible, informed conversations about technical topics relevant to our advanced courses.
• Present and articulate TripleTen's value proposition for career advancement to an experienced audience.
• Close complex, higher-ticket deals and consistently meet or exceed quota.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging for a seasoned audience.
• Maintain accurate documentation of leads and pipeline progress in HubSpot.
• Bring consultative rigor and technical credibility to a trusted team.
