Job summary

Tinuiti is seeking a Director, Client Partner to own executive‑level client relationships and multi‑channel plans. You will lead cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes, balancing strategy with execution across channels and products.

You will mentor leaders, drive accountability, and champion data‑driven decision making within a fully remote work environment. A background in performance marketing and strong stakeholder management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in client leadership within performance marketing.
• 4+ years people leadership (ICs and managers).
• Executive relationship leadership with multi-stakeholder alignment.
• Cross‑channel literacy across Search, Social, Display/TV & Audio, Commerce/Retail Media, Lifecycle/CRM, Creative.
• Bliss Point fluency or equivalent in translating insights into decisions.
• Forecasting, KPI trees, MMM/incrementality literacy and data QA governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end integrated, multi‑channel planning for assigned accounts and present at client touchpoints with aligned plans and budget recommendations.
• Build trusted relationships with director/VP‑level stakeholders; expand the stakeholder map and surface risks.
• Connect investment and testing to measurable outcomes; lead forecasting and scenario modeling to identify waste and growth opportunities.
• Drive performance, transparency, and client touchpoints that convert insights into decisions and next steps.
• Lead or co‑lead new‑business pursuits; shape solutions and narratives for cross‑channel value.
