Lumen Technologies is seeking a Strategic Senior Sales Director who will accelerate growth, strengthen enterprise relationships, and position the company for long-term success. You will lead a high-performing sales team, foster accountability, collaboration, and execution while enabling team members to hit sales targets.

You will drive strategic account planning, expand existing relationships, and identify opportunities by leveraging market insights to achieve sustainable revenue growth.

Competenze

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience, including 8+ years in technology/telecom sales leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Proven ability to achieve revenue goals and lead high-performing sales teams.
