Job summary

Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency serving roofing contractors across multiple markets, seeks a Vice President of Sales for Roofing to own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contracts.

With a $2M annual quota, you will close multi-market accounts across the USA and Canada, guided by our sales development team and inbound leads. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to close $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to roofing groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Prefer closing business over people management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to additional locations and services after signing a group deal.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft compelling proposals for key deals.
