Qualifications

• 6+ years in a senior CS, account management, or strategic consulting role.
• Enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
• Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence.
• Experience with technical products.
• Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent consultative skills across executives to day-to-day users.
• Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted point of contact for Samsara’s strategic customers throughout their lifecycle.
• Own customer relationships and ensure successful deployment of Samsara's solution.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product.
• Explain technology to executives and day-to-day users.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles across global offices.
• Mentor the wider Customer Success and Support teams.
