BetterHelp is seeking a Consultant Relations Senior Manager to accelerate Enterprise growth by engaging employee benefits brokers and consultants across markets.

You will own broker engagement, generate pipeline for Account Executives, and translate partner insights into measurable business impact.

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Sales, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Product to enable partners and drive GTM programs, with remote-friendly expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in enterprise sales or partnerships.
• Experience building broker/consultant relationships.
• Strong communication and strategic thinking.

Responsabilités

• Own broker and consultant relationships, engaging across markets to influence pipeline and revenue.
• Generate and activate broker- and consultant-sourced opportunities for Account Executives.
• Support enablement and GTM programs with internal teams to position BetterHelp’s solutions.
