Job summary

BetterHelp is seeking a Consultant Relations Senior Manager to accelerate growth of the Enterprise business by engaging employee benefits brokers and consultants. You’ll own relationships, develop engagement strategies, and translate partner insights into measurable business impact.

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Sales, you’ll generate pipeline, support pitches, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen BetterHelp’s position in the employee benefits market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in employee benefits broker/consultant ecosystem.
• Strong ability to build relationships and influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Own broker and consultant relationships across assigned markets.
• Generate and activate broker/consultant-sourced pipeline for Account Executives.
• Support client pitches, RFPs, and finalist presentations with broker involvement.
• Translate BetterHelp’s value proposition into stories for brokers and clients.
• Collaborate across Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Product to enable GTM.
