Job summary

Lumen is seeking a senior commercial leader to own growth across large enterprise accounts, shaping strategy and negotiating terms from acquisition through expansion. You will mobilize cross‑functional resources and advise executive stakeholders, leveraging deep knowledge of business economics and market dynamics.

You will lead long and complex sales cycles, build strategic account plans, and drive adoption and expansion across workloads and locations.

Qualifications

8+ years of enterprise sales experience with quota achievement.
Proven track record acquiring and expanding large enterprise accounts.
Ability to influence executive sponsors and economic buyers.
Strong negotiation and deal structuring capabilities.
Experience planning independent account strategy across the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Own and execute a self-directed strategy for a portfolio of large or global accounts.
Develop points of view and use cases connecting modernization to growth and resilience.
Build qualified pipeline through executive relationships and cross‑functional collaboration.
Prioritize investments based on customer potential and buying signals.
Lead discovery across executive, business, and technical stakeholders to define the problem and value at stake.
Coordinate across teams to deliver coherent commercial outcomes with partners.
