Job summary

Lumen, a trusted network provider, seeks a Senior Enterprise Sales professional in the United States. You’ll identify, bid on, negotiate, and close large enterprise opportunities while building strong relationships with decision makers and cross-functional teams.

Maintain accurate forecasts and develop strategic account plans to exceed quotas. Requires 7+ years of industry sales experience, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and proficiency with Salesforce.com and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry sales experience.
• Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize with good time management skills.
• Demonstrated strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills as well as proficiency in selling to the close.
• Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction.
• Proficient in MS Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages relationships with acquired and/or existing customers to gain strategic positioning with decision makers, attain additional business, and retain existing revenue.
• Identifies, bids on, negotiates, and closes new sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the company’s entire product suite and its subset offerings.
• Provides accurate weekly forecast funnel of identified opportunities to meet quotas.
• Gathers market and customer feedback to guide future actions and sales strategy.
• Builds and grows pipeline across assigned accounts.
