Job summary

GitLab is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager, PS Sales to drive growth in the region by structuring services engagements that create partnerships and shared success. You will design, position, and close professional services engagements translating DevSecOps and digital transformation initiatives into measurable outcomes.

You will report to the Senior Manager of Engagement Management, EMEA, working at the intersection of technical solutioning and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Progressively structure, scope, and sell professional services engagements.
• Proven pre-sales experience with discovery, proposals, and SOWs.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and cloud transformations.
• Excellent communication with executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted advisor relationships with leaders and program managers.
• Lead discovery sessions to capture requirements and desired outcomes.
• Design outcome-oriented service proposals aligned to customer success metrics.
• Structure engagements and proposals with clear scope, pricing, and staffing.
