GitLab is seeking a Senior Professional Services Engagement Manager to drive regional growth by structuring services engagements that deliver partnership and measurable outcomes. You will lead to design, position, and close professional services engagements translating DevSecOps and transformation initiatives into clear results.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Engagement Management, you will collaborate with senior technical leaders and partners to integrate services into account strategies

Formación

• Progressive experience structuring, scoping, and selling professional services engagements.
• Ability to conduct discovery with prospects and systems integrators.
• Design outcome-oriented SOWs and staffing plans for large implementations.
• Understand SDLC, DevOps, and cloud transformation.
• Communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders.
• Forecasting bookings and managing risk.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted advisor relationships with division chiefs and program managers.
• Lead discovery sessions to capture capabilities and desired business outcomes.
• Design outcome-based service proposals aligned to customer success metrics.
• Structure engagements and pricing with flexibility for staff augmentation.
• Develop custom SOWs and staffing plans for complex implementations.
• Communicate value proposition and manage scope and procurement terms.
• Oversee engagement lifecycle from pre-sales to delivery and transition.
• Forecast services bookings and track KPIs related to margin and opportunities.
