Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or strategy; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in strategy/go-to-market or commercial roles, with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to design planning cycles, cadences, and governance.
• Experience entering new or adjacent markets with cross-functional teams.
• Strong experience in channel, alliances, or partner marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise GTM strategy and planning across motions and routes to market.
• Lead the long-range plan and growth bets with market sizing and testing.
• Design operating cadence, governance, KPIs, and reporting for initiatives.
• Lead channel, alliances, and partner marketing and enablement.
• Develop strategy enablement and PMO capabilities to scale execution.
