Job summary

PSI Services is seeking a Senior Director, Strategy & Execution to own go-to-market strategy and governance across PSI’s products and markets. This remote-US role reports into the Commercial Operations leadership and requires occasional travel; day-to-day work can be performed remotely.

The position leads channel, alliances, and partner marketing, builds the long-range plan, and partners with product and commercial leadership to size and test opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education to Bachelor’s degree level in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience across strategy, go-to-market, or commercial roles, including senior leadership in B2B.
• Proven track record designing and running strategic planning cycles, operating cadences, and execution governance.
• Experience in channel, alliances, or partner marketing; ability to influence at C-suite level.

Responsibilities

• Own the go-to-market strategy across all motions and routes to market, translating objectives into annual and multi-year roadmaps.
• Lead the strategic planning cycle for the commercial organization, aligning priorities, investments, and headcount with growth targets.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership, surfacing trade-offs and ensuring coherence across functions and regions.
• Own the long-range plan (LRP) and growth bets, sizing opportunities and prioritizing core bets.
• Lead channel, alliances, and partner marketing, including enablement and joint GTM strategies with partners.
• Design and run the operating cadence and governance across strategic initiatives, driving accountability and progress.
