Job summary

PSI Services is seeking a Senior Director, Strategy & Execution to own go-to-market strategy and governance for a leading global assessment and workforce solutions provider. The role drives long-range planning, growth bets, and cross-functional execution across direct, channel, and partner motions.

As part of the leadership team, you will manage the channel, alliances, and partner marketing functions, developing co-marketing and joint go-to-market strategies with strategic partners while scaling

Qualifications

• 12+ years in strategy, GTM, or commercial roles
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and governance
• Executive communication and influencing at C-suite level

Responsibilities

• Own go-to-market strategy across channels and direct/indirect motions
• Lead long-range planning, growth bets, and market opportunities
• Design and run operating cadence with clear ownership and KPIs
• Lead channel/partner marketing and enablement across international markets
• Build and scale Strategy Enablement/PMO capabilities
