• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, strategy, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent/advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years in strategy, GTM, or commercial roles, with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own go-to-market strategy across all motions and routes to market.
• Lead the strategic planning cycle for the commercial organization with budgets and headcount.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership and optimize cross-functional alignment.
• Own the long-range plan and growth bets with market sizing and test plans.
• Design and run operating cadence, governance, and execution milestones.
