PSI Services is seeking a Sr. Director, Strategy & Execution to own the go-to-market strategy and governance for PSI’s global assessment and workforce solutions.

You’ll translate corporate objectives into clear GTM roadmaps and lead cross-functional programs across direct, channel, and partner motions. You will also own the long-range plan and growth bets, partnering with Product and commercial teams to size opportunities and test markets, while maturing a Strategy Enablement capability to scale

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive strategy/go-to-market experience in B2B or related sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Own the go-to-market strategy across all motions and routes to market.
• Lead strategic planning cycles and align investments to growth targets.
• Provide senior-level counsel and ensure coherence across functions and regions.
• Lead channel, alliances, and partner marketing to drive joint GTM.
