Job summary

PSI Services in a remote-US setup is seeking a Senior Director, Strategy & Execution to own go-to-market strategy and execution governance for PSI’s global assessment and workforce solutions. You will translate corporate objectives into prioritized roadmaps and align direct, channel, and partner motions to drive growth.

You will lead the channel, alliances, and partner marketing teams, partnering with enterprise leadership to develop co-marketing and joint go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and running strategic planning cycles and roadmaps.
• Track record in channel, alliances, or partner marketing with measurable outcomes.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise GTM strategy across direct, channel, and partner motions.
• Lead planning cycles, budgets, headcount alignment, and roadmaps.
• Build operating cadence, KPIs, milestones, and governance for initiatives.
• Lead channel and partner marketing teams and enablement programs.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and revenue ops to size opportunities and test bets.
• Develop Strategy Enablement/PMO capabilities to scale execution.
